Given a BOLTgroup concept and a defined set of components, SPARK engineered a functional, aesthetic enclosure using an efficient combination of vacuum-formed, sheet metal and Lexan parts.

Universal Instruments, a manufacturer of circuit and semiconductor assembly equipment, wanted to debut POLARIS, their new assembly technology at a major trade. The innovative enclosure design is the result of world-wide market research conducted by BOLTgroup. To meet their clients' trade show deadline, BOLTgroup asked SPARK to expedite their product development cycle.
