FTP software users:

User ID: sparkguest (enter as lower case)
Password: SPARK#1 (enter all CAPS)
Set FTP software for normal login and auto detect.

Internet Browser Users:

(Note: Must "Enable folder view for FTP site" found under Tools/Internet Options/Advanced)

UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Copy file you wish to send Spark onto your desktop.
   
2. Click on FTP link below and login using password above.
   
3. Drag and drop file onto the INCOMING folder.

DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Click on FTP link below and login using password above.
   
2. Right click the file to download and choose Copy To Folder.
